the essential service that ensures you actually get to experience the day you’ve spent months creating. Our GOAL: The only question you have to answer on your wedding day is "I DO!"


The "Magic Handoff"

Around the 6-week mark, we step in to protect your vision. Whether you want to stay hands-on and "co-work" with us or hand over the keys entirely, we are your partners in execution of your big day!

Timeline: We build or fine-tune your minute-by-minute flow for a seamless day.
Communication: We act as your primary or co-contact to keep your inbox quiet.
The Filter: We handle the logistics and tiny fires so they never reach you.

OUR 2026 FEE SCHEDULE

Same Day Coordinator

💙 OPTION 1: Day of Coordination
Base: $800 (up to 200 guest)


 

The essentials for a seamless day. We implement your plans so you don't have to answer a single question- Details are exactly as you planned! We are here with you from set up to the dance party starts! 

The Family Favorite!

Reception Cleanup

💙 OPTION 2: Coordination + Reception Cleanup

Base $1,300 (up to 200 guests)


Same-Day Coordination & "Family Favorite" end-of-night services: We handle the breakdown and cleanup so you can head to the getaway car.


NOTE: only available as a feature of this specific package choice and not offered as a standalone service.

The Complete Bundle

💙 OPTION 3: The Complete Bundle

Base: $1550 (up to 200 guests) 


Includes:1.5-hour Rehearsal, Same-Day Coordination and Reception Cleanup. A polished, rehearsal walk through so everyone feels confident before your big day.


NOTE: Complete package includes Rehearsal, Day-of Coordination and Set up/Tear Down services.

Booking Terms & Holiday Rates


  • Events over 200+ guest, require a "Second Coordinator" for an additional $250 + Base price to ensure a seamless service.
  • Premium rates apply to all major Holidays, Holiday weekends & New Years Eve. 
  • A "Second Coordinator" is required for New Years Eve celebrations regardless of guest count due to timeline extensions.
